Alright, moms! It’s time to take back your life! The kids are heading back to school and the long summer days of hearing “I’m bored” and “Mommy, watch this” over and over are coming to an end. It’s time to take some time to get yourself back together and do all those things that you have been putting off. After a long summer with the kids home, shuffling kids to different activities and putting everyone else first. It’s time to retire your role as your child’s personal cruise director, now that the kids are heading back to school. It’s time to tackle you and carve out some time for yourself. Check out our 6 Tips to Tackle Mom’s Back 2 School Schedule for how to do it!
6 Tips To Tackle Mom`s Back 2 School Schedule
Sleep
Get back to a regular bedtime. A productive day starts with a good night’s sleep! To reset, recharge and seize the day!
Exercises
Get back to the gym! Whether you’re training for a 5k, starting a new barre class or just starting with a few minutes on the on the elliptical. Get moving.
Clean Eating
Get back to it. You don’t have to eat off the kid’s lunch plates anymore. You can get back to clean eating. You’ll have time to make whatever you want.
Take Some Me Time
Go ahead and treat yourself to that manicure and pedicure that you haven’t had time for or that long overdue trip to the salon to get your hair done. Go ahead and do it, you deserve it. Your role as summer cruise director is officially over.
Schedule Appointments
Schedule those bottom of the to-do list doctor and dentist appointments for yourself. It’s important to take care of you and set a good president for your family.
And Be Prepared for Some Minor Aches and Pains
Getting up earlier, going back-to-school shopping, having extra trips in the day, going to after-school events, and carrying schoolbags about can really put a lot more stress on the body. A lot of minor aches and pains can be relieved by using maeng da kratom but if they keeping getting worse then it’s best to go to a chiropractor. As well as this, I use some other products to help my body recover:
While we were back to school shopping for Little Dude’s school supplies at Target, I stock up on all my must haves to make getting on a schedule just a tab bit easier! I grabbed some MOTRIN® PM~For the relief of the occasional sleeplessness when associated with minor aches and pains. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. {Combines powerful medicine to relieve minor aches and pains with an effective sleep aid. For adults and children 12 years and older. Use only as directed.}
For my sore muscles, Ultra Strength BENGAY® Cream, it outlasts your muscle pain – with the strongest working BENGAY®. Temporarily relieves the minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with; backaches, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains. { For adults and children 12 years and older. Use only as directed.}
Back to School headaches {and all the other aches and pains} I grabbed some MOTRIN® IB~ Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to; the common cold, headache, backache, minor pain of arthritis, toothache, muscular aches, premenstrual and menstrual cramps; temporarily reduces fever. {For adults and children 12 years and older. Use only as directed.}

I completely agree that a happy mom will make happy children. Children have just finished holiday and it is hard for both moms and children to return to the normal pattern. Moms need the more energy to be happy so children will be happy as well to welcome the new school year. Thank you for sharing at Family Fun Friday.

GOOD TIPS! I will try to follow these. I always neglect my sleep time, exercise and healthy eating once school starts!

This is the first year that I’ll have two whole school days each week without any kids. Of course, it’s also the year that we’re getting a puppy a week before school starts, so I’m trying not to get my hopes too high about having much free time, lol.

Cheers to this! Sleep and exercise are so key for me and I fail at both in the summer. I do love barre classes. And the appointments! I actually sort of like them now because it’s easier to make them when I have all that kid-free time when the kids are in school.

Thanks! Totally agree. So much easier when the kids are in school. Thanks for stopping by!
