BBQ Pulled Pork
With the weather warming up and summer just around the corner! It just seems like the perfect get ready for summer food! BBQ! Slow cooked BBQ Pulled Pork! My family loved this meal! And it came out pretty yummy! Makes a ton and my little dude loves it. Serve with some asparagus and a delicious green salad. Obviously, if you are planning on having a BBQ, then make sure that you have some BBQ wood pellets or whatever you need, as it would be a disaster if you brought all the food and then found out you couldn’t have a BBQ!
What you need:
2 1/2 pounds Pork Tenderloin
1 tbsp of crushed garlic
1/4 BBQ sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup of water
Few cranks from pepper mill
Crockpot
How to:
Place the pork tenderloin in the crockpot
Add garlic, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, water and pepper to crockpot
Set crockpot for 6- 8 hours
Once it is done remove pork saving liquid
Place pork on a large deep dish and start pulling
Drain any fat from the liquid and place pork back in liquid
Let sit on warm setting for 20 minutes
Serve with salad, veggies, rolls, etc.

Thanks for sharing this recipe at A New Creation! It really sounds delicious. I’ve made BBQ pulled pork before but never with the soy sauce added. Definitely going to give it a try!
