For today’s 12 day till Christmas project I made some Peppermint Bark Pretzels! Anything chocolate covered has to be good! A different twist on Peppermint Bark!
I used pretzel rods dunked them in white chocolate then rolled then in chopped up candy canes. I also decorated some of them with Christmas sprinkles. You could also chop up M&M’s or other candy bars to roll pretzel rods in! Very simple & easy to clean up.
What you need…
1 bag white chocolate chips
1 bag of pretzel rods
5- 6 candy canes red, white & green
5- 6 candy canes red & white
How to…
Empty the bag of white chocolate chips into a bowl
Microwave on low for 2 minutes stir halfway through
Put candy canes into a ziplock and crush them pour onto a bowl
Then dip pretzel rods into chocolate let the extra chocolate dip off
Lastly, roll into crushed candy canes or sprinkle with whatever topping
you choose
