Some days, Little Dude comes out with the funniest things. And those days when Little Dude makes me laugh out loud are some of best days ever! Sometimes it’s in the form of advice or just practical or what have you.
I’m sure you have had those kid or been around them and heard those parenting OMG moments at the Funny Stuff Kids Say.
The funny stuff Little Dude say…
Practical- “Mommy, Can you get me suction cups so I can climb like Spider Man”. Car ride…
Educational- ” I need to imastagate (investigate) this bug”. Instead of playing at the park.
Problem Solver- “Just hot glue it”. A solution to most everyday problems…
Awkward- “Mommy, got me a Doppio Con Panna from Starbucks”. To the preschool teacher.
Worldly Traveler- “PomPom Trees! We must be in Florida”! When we drove through North Carolina, South Carolina, & Georgia.
Oh an I can’t forget about the Embarrassing. Check it out. My piece, Does This Kid Make My Butt Look Big? That is being featured on Great Moments on Parenting! All about that time at Costco. Guaranteed to make you laugh out loud!
What kind of Funny Stuff do you hear your kids say?

Here’s my funny – driving in a shopping center parking lot and a rather large guy was crossing in front of us. He was wearing a shirt that said “Man of Steel.” My 10 year old pipes up – “He doesn’t look like he’s made of steel. He looks like he’s made of donuts!” And the windows were down!

Oh gosh Sarah, those are hilarious!!! I remember standing in a long line at Kohls with my kids when they were little and they asked if this was our last stop (tired and grumpy) When I said yes, they both squealed SO LOUD and shouted “YAY!! NOW WE CAN GO HOME AND WRESTLE NAKED!!!”

My youngest says so many things that are funny and we always say we should write them down and put them in a jar to save until he graduates from high school. He is almost 8 years old and loves doing his hair. When I ask him why it takes him so long his answer is “Mom, I need to look good for all my girlfriends”. We are in big trouble!

Awww I love the pompom trees one! So cute! My kids says random things all the time, some of which I understand! Last night I told him today was go to work with daddy day and we talked about how to act at work. So when I was putting him to bed he was going “polite, quiet, meet lots of people” over and over and smiling to himself. It was so so cute!

So cute! Love that age – cause when they are 16 what comes out of their mouths isn’t near as cute! LOL. Mr. T was quite the character when he was younger though, I’m glad you’ve documented it and now can remember it always!
