Walking down the aisles of the Farmer Market is like a party for the senses. Vivid color, amazing smells, and tasty! We walked up and down the aisles filled with delicious local produce, homemade jams, salsa and pickled items. Beautiful fresh flowers and tasty baked treats. We stopped along the way to shop, taste and explore. Little Dude even had a science lesson learning about “wishing wells”. The farmers market might be one of the best ways to spend a Saturday morning. Supporting local farms, buying local and enjoy healthily organic foods!
In my haul, I found delicious fresh corn, tomatoes, broccoli, onions, potatoes, peppers, strawberries, watermelon, and those delicious peaches! Perfect Peaches for fresh Peach Cobbler.
What You Need:
3- 4 large ripe peaches chopped
1/2 cup of almond flour
2- 3 tsp of raw honey {for Paleo diets/ omit for Whole 30 diets}
2-3 tsp Coconut Oil {for Whole 30/ omit for Paleo diets}
1 tbsp of cinnamon
How to:
Pre- heat oven to 350 bake
Wash & chop peaches
In a separate bowl mix flour, cinnamon, and honey {for Paleo diets} or coconut oil {for Whole 30 diets}. It should form crumbles.
Place chopped peaches into a deep dish bakeware
Sprinkle crumbles on top of the peaches
Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes
Plate it and serve it warm.
Enjoy!
