And it always tastes amazing. Check out these easy, healthy dinner options for Cinco de Mayo!
It’s one of those easy dishes that you really don’t have to do much with the fresh veggies and herbs give it some much flavor it is amazing! It’s a slow cooked so all the flavors blend together. The chicken becomes so tender and doesn’t dry out! I like to serve this over a salad or make use it as the filling of Tacos.
Paleo, gluten free, low- fat & low- carb goodness! Tacos are so fun to eat! Everyone can make them how they like! Great party food! Finger food fun! And best thing is they are incredibly easy to make! Using the Butter Lettuce as the taco shell gives these an amazing fresh flavor and crunch satisfaction! However, they are a ton more healthier then corn or flour shells.
Hot, medium, or mild I love making my own fresh salsa! We love hot but my Little Dude likes mild. Making your own Homemade Salsa lets you customize it to your likings!
