Hello Campers!!
We’re back with another exciting week of Mommy DIY Summer Camp! Part of Thank You Honey’s Share the Love Series! This week was Let’s Explore! A fun filled week of exploring Philadelphia. We were in Philly house hunting and I really wanted to keep little dudes schedule somewhat the same. It’s been a little confusing for him and of course a bit crazy for all of us! Since daddy was working I wanted to make it as fun as possible for Little Dude! We explored the Philadelphia Zoo, the Please Touch Children’s Museum, ran up the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps just like Rocky and we made some fish hand print pictures! Check out our Travel Tips
Philadelphia Zoo- The oldest zoo in America! We loved the zoo. It was a beautiful day and they have some really great exhibits for kids! They have a petting farm where the kids can walk around with the goats and sheep. They can brush them, pet them and even feed them snacks! They had some baby animals and hand washing stations too! Little dude loved the Gorilla & monkey area! It was really cool! They have all these tubes made out of nets that the monkey can run through all over the zoo! The monkeys area was both indoor & outdoor & the animals could go in & out.
Please Touch Museum where it’s ok to play and interact with everything! Little man loved it! It’s like a kid size world where kids can play, explore and pretend! Little dude enjoyed driving the little digger, going in and out of all the vehicle. Playing in the grocery store, TV studio, giant water table, and on the giant piano!
