One of Little Dude’s favorite morning activities is fresh pressed juicing! He love to make fresh delicious and nutritious juices. Making fruit juices can be fun too, especially when you are using ingredients that you like, plus you are being healthy in the process and that’s the main thing.
I cut up all the fruit & vegetables and he loves to put it through the juicer and watch all the juice come out! What fun it is to come up with kinds of juice combinations and blends!
Our favorite combination is this fresh carrot, mango, apple, orange & pineapple juice. It’s packed with tons of healthy vitamins that are so good for you. And it’s fun to do too! I love having him take part in the process of making juice because it teaches him about healthy habits and about making healthy food choices in a fun way.
We also love to make different juice shots too. It’s also a fantastic way to use up any fruits and vegetables that almost past their expiration date. This juice can be stored for the next day in an air tight container.

Thanks for posting to Green Living Thursdays! Have you tried broccoli greens in the juicer before? It’s a great way to make use of greens that might otherwise just be thrown in the compost pile!

Hi!! Thanks for stopping by!! We juice everything! Love juicing greens kale, herbs, however I find broccoli sometimes gets stuck in my juicer. I have to try my bigger screen. I like to use the left over shreds in muffins or to sprinkle on a salad! Great idea to compost it!! I’ll have to try it! Thanks for sharing!!

I’ve never tried juicing before but it’s something I’ve thought about. Just not sure I want to invest in something I’ve never tried. Your juice looks yummy though. Visiting from Friday Flash Blog @The Jenny Evolution.

Thanks for stopping by! We love to juice! We were worried about the same thing but I can’t say I regret my purchase. We sometimes go in phases where we are big on juicing then big on making smoothies!
