Getting ready for Spring and Summer! If it ever warms up! Hub’s and I are back on strict Paleo to lose that hibernation weight. These are by far one of my favorite go-to dinners. They are easy to make, and they freeze well for a simple, quick meal. They make a fabulous appetizer, and you can pair them with Paleo Marina or BBQ. They are so good no one ever knows they are Paleo! This recipe is Paleo, Whole 30, and Gluten Free. Enjoy!

I always like beef ball recipes. What we do with ground beef is beat them hundred times over to make them springy. Make them into balls and make beef ball noodle soup with it.

Hi Sarah. Thanks for sharing this at Let’s Get Real Friday link party. My children all really like meatballs. My oldest cooks them whenever he can. Your version for paleo meatballs looks great. I can see them in stuffed bell peppers too. I hope you’ll share with us again soon.

I mentioned Paleo one time when discussing the idea of starting the diet here at home. The husband growled so loudly when I explained what it was I was frightened back into the cupboard of Velveeta and Rice Krispie Treats cereal.
