Turkey, Sausage & Vegetable Stuffing, and Cranberry Clementine Sauce, The perfect Thanksgiving treat. Something delicious all- year- round, or just in Fall. Just to bring back the smells and memories of Thanksgiving Day or make it with your leftover turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce! The Thanksgiving Burger, a quick, easy, good alternation to roasting a turkey or to make out of your leftovers. Serve the turkey burger on top of the Sausage & Vegetable Stuffing and top it off with Cranberry Clementine Sauce and you got The Thanksgiving Burger!
Thanksgiving Turkey Burgers
What you need:
1-pound ground turkey or 1 pound diced leftover Thanksgiving turkey
½ shallot, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp celery, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp of red/ green pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp fresh garlic
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Olive
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
How to:
1. Finely chop the garlic, shallots, celery, carrots, red pepper, and the green pepper.
2. Over medium heat, in a pan place EVOO and sauté chopped vegetables until soft, then set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, eggs, sauté vegetables, parsley, garlic, & salt & pepper.
4. Combine the mixture together
5. Place burgers on a jelly roll pan lined with foil.
6. Bake in the oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
To Assemble:
Put a few scoops of Sausage & Vegetable Stuffing {Get the Recipe Here} onto the center of the plate.
Place the Turkey Burger on top of the stuffing.
Then top the Turkey Burger with Cranberry Clementine Sauce {Get the Recipe Here}.
